The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers has acquired with Cormarc Insurance Services in Murrieta, Calif.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Cormarc is an independent agency that provides a variety of services, including contractor liability, workers’ compensation, group benefits and ocean marine.
The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers is a privately held insurance broker.
